How long does it take to receive my order?

All Aloha Designs items are made to order. Most items take about 2 weeks to complete, 3 weeks for canoe covers. Plus shipping time (usually 3-5 days within the U.S., shipping times varies outside of the U.S.). If you need it sooner, please contact me to set up a rush order. Orders must be placed by December 10th to guarantee Christmas delivery for domestic orders.

Where's my order?

All Aloha Designs items are made to order. Most items take about 2 weeks to complete, 3 weeks for canoe covers. Plus shipping time (usually 3-5 days within the U.S., shipping times varies outside of the U.S.). PayPal sends you an email when your order is placed, please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find the email.

What does it cost for shipping?

I charge you what the post office charges me. This is based on distance and weight and size. Most items small items ship domestically for $5-$15, international is around $20, canoe covers are $40-$60. The shipping cost is displayed in PayPal once you have entered your shipping address.

Do you do custom orders?

Most of my products are made-to-order, meaning I don't make them until you buy them. Most of my products include options for you to customize your order. If you are looking to customize your order further, email me at info@alohadesigns.net and let's see what I can create for you.

I have fabric I want to use for my custom order.

No problem. Ship the fabric to me (I'm in San Diego) and I will reduce the final price a bit. You pay to ship the fabric to me. The amount of fabric I need from you depends on what item you are ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I charge you what the post office charges me. This is based on distance and weight and size and destination country. The shipping cost is displayed in PayPal once you have entered your shipping address.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Yes. PayPal will send you an email with the tracking number once it has been shipped. It will go to the email address you use to pay me via PayPal. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.

What are my payment options and is it secure?

Aloha Designs accepts all major credit cards and PayPal (a PayPal account is NOT required). When you click Add to Cart, a new tab or window will open up with your cart. PayPal will securely handle the transaction using 128bit encryption, and when complete you will be redirected back to AlohaDesigns.net.

Do you charge tax?

California residents will be charged tax.

Your garment bags are listed in 4ft, 5ft or 6ft, can I order a different length?

Yes of course! That's the beauty of custom orders. Just contact me to get started.

How do I wash and care for my Aloha Designs products?

  • Garment Bags - machine wash gentle with cold water, tumble dry low unless you have a clear plastic ID pocket in which case line dry your garment bag
  • Hula Bags, Ipu Heke Bags, and Toere Drum Bags - machine wash gentle with cold water, tumble dry low
  • Paddle Bags - machine wash gentle with cold water, tumble dry low
  • Ribbon Leis - spot treat with cold water, do not put in washing machine
  • Pillow Cases - machine wash gentle with cold water, tumble dry low
  • Purses - machine wash gentle with cold water, tumble dry low
  • Aloha Coffee Bags - spot treat only with cold water, line dry.
  • Gift Bags - machine wash gentle with cold water, tumble dry low

Do you make paddle bags for outrigger steering blades?

Yes. Please choose "steering paddle" in the form under "Blade Type" on the Outrigger Paddle Bag page.

Do you make paddle bags for outrigger double-bend blades?

Yes. My Outrigger Paddle Bags fit a double-bend paddle.

Do you offer embroidery?

Yes. Embroidery (maximum 7 inches long) is available for $12 per item. Some items also allow for Symbol Embroidery. The available symbols are listed on each product page. If you are looking for custom logo embroidery on your item, please contact me and we can discuss options.

Can you embroidery special characters?

Yes.

Where are the products made?

All of my products are Made in the U.S.A. by me (at my home).

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email me at info@alohadesigns.net if you have any questions.

What is your warranty?

If your Aloha Designs product has a defect due to manufacturing error, I will repair it at no cost. If the defect is due to normal wear and tear, I will attempt to repair it back to its original state but there will be a fee based on the extent of the repair needed.

Can Aloha Designs be a vendor at my concert/performance/fair?

Yes. Please email me at info@alohadesigns.net with the details.

Can I send you a picture of me and my Aloha Designs product?

Yes please! I appreciate customer images and they will be put on my Gallery with your permission. I also love testimonials.

Are your products sold in a store?

My Outrigger Paddle Bags and SUP Paddle Bags are proudly carried at West Coast Paddle Sports in San Diego.

Are you in Hawai'i?

I'm a native San Diegan who is Hawaiian at heart. Read more on the About page.

Who designed your website?

My wonderful and talented husband runs his own graphic design company, ClarkeDesign.

Did he design your logo too?
